- How do I sign in? CARTECA uses a one-time code sent to your email — enter your address, then the code we email you. No password to remember.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are handled by the App Store: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; current access lasts until the period ends.
- How do I restore a purchase? In CARTECA, go to Profile and tap Restore purchases.
- How do I delete my account? See our account deletion page — you can delete in-app from Profile → Account settings, or request it by email.
- Does CARTECA work offline? Yes — you can view your data offline; changes sync when you're back online.
