Delete Your CARTECA Account
You can request deletion of your CARTECA account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1 — Delete from the app (instant)
If you still have access to the CARTECA app, the fastest way is to delete your account directly:
- Open CARTECA and go to the Profile tab
- Tap Account settings
- Tap Delete account and confirm
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you no longer have access to the app, send us an email from the address associated with your CARTECA account:

Subject: Account deletion request — CARTECA
Include: The email address registered to your account
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials (managed by Clerk)
- All vehicles, service records, and maintenance history you entered
- Attached documents and invoices
- App settings and preferences
- Subscription status (your subscription will not be refunded — manage cancellation separately in your device's app store)
What is retained
- Billing records required by Polish tax law — retained for 5 years and then deleted
- Anonymised crash logs held by Firebase (90-day rolling window, not linked to your account after deletion)
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
